Sunday Morning Worship Packet 9-27-2020

This week we finished out our study through the first 6 verses of 2 Cor. 4 by looking at the magnificent work of the Lord in salvation. When Christ is lifted up and people are called to look to Him- God, Himself, works within to "turn on the light" and open up eyes to behold the gloriousness of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Without this work, people remain blind in sin.

In all ministry, we do not lose heart in inviting others to come and see who Christ is and what He has done. We also don't lose heart in depending on the Lord to do the work necessary within hearts. It is not our methods, tactics, or strategies that rescue people but the Creator, who gives the command, "Let there be light!"

May this Scripture be a help to you this week in turning your eyes to Christ.
